We value the time and needs of every client. To help us provide the best services to as many clients as possible, we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to fill any gaps in our schedule in a timely manner.  If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred: 

• 24 hours or more in advance—no fee 
• Less than 24 hours notification in advance and No-Shows—fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s)

A 15-minute grace period is set into place at time of appointment. If for whatever reason you are unable to make it, please kindly let us know. Appointment will be subject to any cancellation fees.
